What: Move to Amend Greater Chicago North works in a nonpartisan way to inform the public as to how money is being used to influence legislation that is not in the public’s interest. The meeting will cover planning for the expected McCutcheon v. FEC decision Flash Rally, the Trans-Pacific Partnership and the Fast Track vote and new finance reform legislation proposed in the House and the Senate. The group welcomes input from those at the meeting.
The Deerfield Public Library provides meeting space as a community service. Neither the Library nor the Board sponsors or endorses these events or the presenting of individuals or organizations.

The Women’s Bar Association of Illinois and many additional supporting organizations invite you to take part in the rally. Scheduled speakers include Pat Quinn, Illinois Governor; Sheila Simon, Illinois Lt. Governor; and Toni Preckwinkle, President, Cook County Board of Commissioners. Lourdes Duarte, WGN News Anchor will host.
