What: The Adlai Stevenson Center on Democracy in partnership with the Lake County Forest Preserve District will host a multi-media presentation by Joe Bean to showcase the life of our former Governor on the 113th anniversary of his birth.

What: The League of Women Voters-Lake Forest/Lake Bluff (LWV-LFLB) in conjunction with the Lake Forest Open Lands Association (LFOLA) present “Nutritious or Malicious?: What we eat affects our health and the world around us,” a program on agriculture and health. Speakers are Bill Kurtis and Dr. Ruchi S. Gupta. Experts in the fields of agriculture and health will present and answer questions.
