What: Work in conjunction with thousands of volunteers along the Great Lakes as part of the Adopt-A-Beach project through the Alliance for the Great Lakes. The debris around Lake Michigan is a health and safety hazard, threatens our wildlife and natural resources, and comes with an economic cost.
If you’re interested in helping out, register online through the Alliance for the Great Lakes, and be at Sunrise Beach in Lake Bluff, 9:00 am.

What: Habitat for Humanity Lake County invites people who meet the basic requirements to qualify for this program to come to this Applicant Information Meeting. You must attend one meeting, be on time and stay for the full two hours. No children are permitted.

What: The Tenth Congressional District Democrats will host an open house at its Community Connection office.
