Earth Day Observance with Rep. Carol Sente

When: Monday, April 22, 2013 from 9:00 – 10:00 am

Where: The Solid Waste Agency of Lake County (SWALCO,) 1311 Estes St., Gurnee

What: Rep. Sente invites you to her Environmental Citizen’s Advisory Committee tour of SWALCO in observance of Earth Day. The facility will hold one of its signature Household Chemical Waste Collection Events. You will witness first-hand some of the environmental initiatives SWALCO sponsors in the community. Rep. Sente welcomes your feedback on legislative proposals and to learn more about what is being done locally to promote sustainability efforts.
