Events: Phone Bank for U.S. Congressman Brad Schneider

What: Schneider for Congress will host its first phone bank of the 2014 campaign. Join Schneider for Congress to reactivate their volunteer base and let them know the campaign is now up and running.

Events: Rep. Carol Sente Health Care Citizens’ Advisory Committee

When: Thursday, January 30, 2014 from 6:30 – 8:00 pm

Where: Advocate Condell Medical Center, Conference Center, 801 S. Milwaukee Ave., Libertyville

What: Representative Carol Sente will be hosting a small community dialogue focused on health care. This event will allow constituents with a shared interest to discuss the state of health care in the community, share ideas for future legislation, identify concerns and review current health care-related bills.

Events, TDU: TDU 237: Deputy Voter Registrar Training in Libertyville (Lake County Residents Only)

When: Thursday, January 30, 2014 at 6:00 pm

Where: Cook Memorial Public Library, Meeting Room, 413 N. Milwaukee, Libertyville

What: Tenth Dems University invites you to attend one of several upcoming Deputy Voter Registrar Training Seminars. Complete one of these free 45-minute trainings hosted by the county clerk’s office where you are registered to vote, and you’ll be ready to register voters throughout the state. If you live in Cook County and would like information about upcoming trainings closer to you, please send us an email. Also let us know if you have already completed a training and would like to join our Voter Registration Team.
