What: In-Person Counselors will be available from 12:00 – 5:00 pm to help you work through the enrollment process individually. Starting at 3:00 pm there will be a panel discussion about the law, its implementation, and what’s happening in Washington and Springfield with Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky, State Senator Daniel Biss, State Representatives Robyn Gabel and Laura Fine, and Charles Watkins, Regional Outreach Coordinator, Illinois Health Insurance Marketplace, Office of the Governor.
