What: The mission of Temple Jeremiah’s Stanley Golder Interfaith Lecture Series is to promote understanding among every faith and embrace the unifying spirituality of all religions. “Unveiled” is a one-woman show with playwright and actress Rohina Malik, who portrays five Muslim women, and features musicians Kim Fleuchaus and Alex Wing. What: A Safe Place for Help will hold their first 5K EmpoweRun to raise funds for their programs and services. Awards will be presented to the top qualifiers. Registration is $30 per person, $75 for family of four if pre-registering by May 1. Registration fee at the venue on May 4 is $35 per person, $80 for family of four.
