What: The First Congregational Church of Waukegan is holding this Rummage Sale to assist it in its mission and outreach activities to the forgotten, ill and needy in the greater community. The sale includes furniture, housewares, tools and more.

What: State Senator Terry Link, Representative Rita Mayfield and Representative Carol Sente are co-hosting this free event. The Mortgage Relief Workshop is facilitated by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulations. Homeowners will be educated on mortgage refinancing, foreclosure prevention, legal rights, credit counseling and more. HUD-certified counselors will also be available during the event to provide confidential, one-on-one counseling to homeowners.
