What: Presidential Debate Watch Party with Lake Dems at the recently reopened, ultra-comfortable Wayfarer Theaters. Experience the debate in style. Sit back and relax in your recliner as you watch. Popcorn included. Concessions available for purchase. Come cheer on Kamala Harris as she takes on Donald Trump. Fun times before the debate even starts: Get your picture taken with a Kamala cutout, make bracelets, hear from some social media influencers, write postcards (provided to attendees who want them) to swing states, chat with other Democrats excited for the big event, and more. RSVP required. Cost of admission is proof of a direct contribution of $20 or more to the Harris campaign starting on 9/6/24. What: Lake Dems and Indivisible Western Lake County (IWLC) are writing 300 postcards. In order to get these written and stamped in three hours, their goal is to have 30 people attend. So please bring a friend and a roll of stamps. There will be a QR code handy if you cannot find stamps at the local post office.
