What: Illinois Democratic County Chairs’ Association (IDCCA) holds its 2023 Party Builder Awards Reception honoring Deborah Cosey-Lane, Secretary Treasurer of ATU Local 308; and Michael Macellaio, President of the Chicago & Cook County Building Trades Council.
