As a small business owner, Rep. Sente is aware of the obstacles that Illinois employers must overcome to be successful. This spring, she sponsored legislation to reform the workers’ compensation system in order to save businesses money. In the future, she will continue working to allow businesses to apply long-overdue state tax refunds towards their next tax payments.
