What: Lake County Forest Preserve Commissioners Sandy Hart and Paras Parekh and Forest Preserve staff present “Healthy Hedges,” about the negative impact of buckthorn and how to manage this invasive shrub. They will share best practices for buckthorn removal and suggest natives for its replacement.
