What: The May meeting of the Wauconda Township Democrats. Guest speakers: Kristina Zahorik, who is running for election to the State Central Committee representing the 11th Congressional District, and Carol Ronen running for election to the State Central Committee representing the 9th Congressional District. Final plans for the highway cleanup day May 21 and walking in the Wauconda Memorial Day Parade May 30 will be discussed. Local trustees will provide information about what is going on in the community.
