What: A forum discussing the Illinois campaign finance reforms of 2011, how they affect money in politics today, and what reformers should focus on in 2016.  Panelists include: Hon. Don Harmon, Illinois State Senator, 39th District, President Pro Tempore; Scott Kennedy, founder, Illinois Election Data; Hon. Sam McCann, Illinois State Senator, 50th District; William McNary, Co-director, Citizen Action Illinois; Tom Newman, Director, Div. of Campaign Disclosure, Illinois State Board of Elections; and Dan Weissman, reporter, WBEZ.
