Town Hall Discussion on Modernizing the Illinois Voter Registration System
When: Wednesday, March 30, 2016 from 7:00 – 8:30pm. Doors open at 6:30pm
Where: Takiff Center, 999 Green Bay Rd., Glencoe, IL (parking available)
What: The National Council of Jewish Women Chicago North Shore Section, Illinois PIRG, State Rep. Scott Drury, and Cook County Clerk David Orr host a discussion about switching to an Automatic Voter Registration system that they say would save money and reduce fraud, as has been done in California and Oregon.
