Where: Panera Bread, 254 E Rollins Rd., Round Lake Beach, IL

What: State Representative Sam Yingling invites constituents for a cup of coffee and conversation on state and local issues.  Residents will learn about new laws that go into effect in 2016 and can share thoughts about issues that matter to them or policies they want to see implemented.
