What: The First Baptist Church of North Chicago and its pastor, Dr. Lee Zachary Maxey, host its 5th Annual Back to School (charitable) Community Block Party. The event features free haircuts, fellowship, games, backpacks (while supplies last) and food (cotton candy, popcorn, and snow cones).
