Project One America is an unprecedented and historic effort by HRC to dramatically expand LGBT rights in the South through comprehensive, long-term campaigns in Alabama, Arkansas, and Mississippi. The Project One America Director will manage on-the-ground staff as well as a team in Washington to fight to improve the daily lives of the LGBT community in areas that have seen the fewest legal advances to date. The right person for this job will be an experienced political professional with proven strategic abilities and significant campaign experience.
