What: Carol Sente, Lake County Partners and the Small Business Advocacy Council (SBAC) host a summit on Economic Development for Business Leaders. Special guest: Elliot Richardson, CEO of SBAC.  Discussion will focus on the current business climate and challenges facing Illinois businesses.
