The Illinois Campaign for Political Reform invites you to “Recusal, Disclosure & Fairness,” a program on the need for protecting fair courts in a Citizens United world: New Ways of Looking at Judicial Recusal and Campaign Contribution Disclosure. Speakers include Judge Jonathan Lippman, Adan Skaggs, Bert Brandenburg and Cynthia Gray.
