Steven Davis, professor of International Business and Economics at the University of Chicago, will speak on “Has Policy Uncertainty Held Back Our Economic Recovery?” Davis will discuss the causes of uncertainty in government policies and the possible impact of the uncertainty on job growth and living standards.
