When: Friday, September 12, 2025 from 7:00 to 9:00am and also from 3:30 to 5:30pm

Where: Three locations: Church St. overpass in Skokie, Glenview Rd. overpass in Glenview, Winnetka Ave. in Northfield. All over I-94.
