What: Meet like-minded people and talk about what’s on your mind at the Lake Dems Social during Artwauk, Waukegan’s monthly celebration of its growing arts community. Shops and vendors in the downtown lakefront area surrounding the historic Genesee Theatre stay open late, creating a festive atmosphere.
