Fundraiser Screening of Documentary, “Memorial,” in Honor of Gun Violence Awareness Month

Where: Wayfarer Theater, 1850 Second St., Highland Park

What: Please join documentary filmmaker Jon Siskel, County Board Member Sara Knizhnik, and Lake County Coroner Jennifer Banek, for a screening of Jon’s (20-min) documentary, “Memorial,” in honor of June’s Gun Violence Awareness Month and the upcoming two-year anniversary of the July 4th tragedy. This is a fundraiser for SAFE Illinois, a new, nonprofit advocacy organization focused on addressing the root causes of violence. Seats are limited. Please purchase tix in advance here.
