National Crime Victims’ Rights Week – 2024 Panel Discussion

Where: College of Lake County (Grayslake Campus), Auditorium A011 (Lower Level), 19351 W. Washington St., Grayslake

What: In honor of National Crime Victims’ Week, the Lake County State’s Attorney’s Office, in collaboration with the College of Lake County Criminal Justice Department and the Human Services/Social Work Department, is hosting a panel discussion about the importance of victims rights. It features movie clips from The Ammendment, a true and inspiring story of finding triumph over tragedy, injustice, and loss.  Panelists include Lake County State’s Attorney Eric Rinehart, Director of Marsy’s Law for Illinois Jennifer Bishop Jenkins, and College of Lake County Title IX Coordinator Dr. Kristin D.
