When: Monday, March 25, 2024 from 2:00 to 4:30pm
Where: Outside the DoubleTree Hotel, 2111 Butterfield Road, Downers Grove, where U.S. Postmaster General Louis DeJoy is scheduled to speak at 3:00pm. Protest/informational picket will take place rain or shine.
What: Join us, along with the Illinois State Association of Letter Carriers and other people who care about the survival of democracy, at this informational picket of Trump-appointed Postmaster General Louis DeJoy. Letter Carriers know about his right-wing scheme, and they want the public to know, too. It will raise the price and slow the delivery of all types of mail, including life-saving medications, payments, and time-sensitive mail, including Vote By Mail ballots.
