The Health Care Power of Attorney (POA) Document: Why Older Adults Need It.

What: New Trier Township Education Forums presents this free legal counsel event in conjunction with the North Suburban Legal Aid Clinic. It is for adults over age 55. Volunteer attorneys will offer their help completing the POA document along with free on-site notary service. Appointments are limited, so please RSVP to: info@NSLEGALAID.org
