Touch-A-Truck and Shred Day with State Senators, Representatives and Other Elected Officials
When: Sunday, August 8, 2021, 11:00 to 2:00pm
Where: Ida Crown Jewish Academy, 8233 Central Park Ave, Skokie. Entrance on Central Park Avenue. Firefighters and their trucks in the staff parking lot, Madison Avenue entrance.
What: Representative Jennifer Gong-Gershowitz and other elected officials join the Skokie Fire Department to show off their trucks and offer free industrial-grade document shredding. Snacks and water will be provided. All unvaccinated attendees, including kids, must wear masks. Masks are required to interact with firefighters. Register here.
