What: Coalition to Reduce Recidivism holds its 13th annual luncheon with the theme, ‘Pathway to New Horizons.” Keynote speaker: Judge Jackie Portman. The luncheon is part of a full day devoted to improving the success rates of former inmates who are returning to their communities.
