Where: Weinberg/Newton Gallery, 300 W. Superior St, Suite 203, Chicago, IL

What: A panel discussion on how gun safety advocates and the LGBTQ community can join forces to demand our public officials protect our communities from gun violence. Panelists include: Tracy Baim, Windy City Times; Emmanuel Garcia, Familia Trans Queer Liberation Movement (FTQLM); Brian Johnson, Equality, Illinois; and Michael Bauer, longtime political activist.

The gallery features This Heat, an art exhibit responding to the gun violence epidemic in Chicago.
