Back to School Community Block Party in North Chicago

Where: First Baptist Church, 2219 14th St., North Chicago, IL

What: The 6th annual Back to School (charitable) community block party featuring free school supplies, free haircuts, free food, games face painting and tons of fun.  Cotton candy, popcorn and snow cones.
