When: Sunday, September 25, 2016 from 9:00am – 5:00pm
Where: Six Flags Great America, 1 Great America Parkway, Gurnee, IL
What: A fundraiser for Special Olympics that was designed by graduating seniors at Columbia College in Chicago. The event features roller coaster rides keyed to the contribution level. Instead of running a 5k marathon, donors ride five kilometers of roller coaster rides. Participants receive a Six Flags Flash Pass that gives easy access to the rides until 1:00pm. The event includes admission to Great America, free parking, breakfast, a Coaster Challenge athletic shirt, and other goodies.
