When: Sunday, September 18, 2016.  Check in at 7:00am; run starts at 8:00; walk starts at 8:15am

Where: Washington School, 1500 Stewart Ave., Park Ridge, IL

What:  NAMI Cook County North Suburban (NAMI CCNS) sponsors a USATF Certified 5K Run and Walk. Proceeds benefit NAMI CCNS’ work supporting people with mental health challenges and changing how Americans view mental illness.
