What: Northwest Suburban (Wheeling and Palatine Township) Democrats host the 9th annual presentation of the Patrick S. Botterman Leadership Award recognizing the work of Carl Camacho.  Special Guest speaker: Kim Foxx, candidate for Cook County States Attorney.
