Where: Rep. Mayfield’s District Office Parking Lot, 120 S. Genesee St., Waukegan, IL

What: 60th District State Representative Rita Mayfield offers an opportunity to shred sensitive documents such as old bank statements, medical records, pay stubs, credit card information and other documents with personally identifiable information.  Please remove all paper clips, staples and other bindings.
