Rita Mayfield, and the Clean Power Lake County coalition discuss a plan to protect the environment by increasing the amount of energy Illinois acquires from renewable resources and to reduce our overall electricity use by increasing energy efficiency.  Special guest: Jack Darrin, Sierra Club executive director.
