What: CARPLS (Coordinated Advice and Referral Program for Legal Services) presents its Golden Gavel Celebration Dinner.  Keynote speaker: Martin Castro, Chair of the US Commission on Civil Rights and President/CEO of Castro Synergies, LLC.

General ticket price: $250, Employees of pro bono organizations: $150
