What: Join Tenth Dems at our Holiday Open House during ArtWauk. Take part in the evening’s events and experience the arts revolution in downtown Waukegan. Visit galleries, see performance art, sample great food in an amazing neighborhood. Visit the Community Connection for light refreshments and learn about how you can support our many exciting programs.
