Panelists are Sen. Daniel Biss, Sen. Beth Coulson and David Melton, Independent Campaign for Political Reform. Cindy Canary is the moderator.
Parking on the Northwestern University campus is free on weekends and is also available in the Evanston City Garage on Chicago Avenue.
