Lake County Annual Kids First Health Fair in Waukegan

When: Wednesday, August 6, 2014 from 9:00 am – 7:00 pm

Where: Miguel Juarez Middle School. 201 N. Butrick St., Waukegan (parking available behind the school)

What: The Lake County Health Department, United Way of Lake County and Rosalind Franklin University will hold their 22nd Annual Kids 1st Back to School Health Fair. At least one family member must have a required dental or physical exam to participate in the fair. The fair is free for Lake County families who meet the 2014 income guidelines. All children MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Please call the Health Department at 847-377-8870 for information on services that will be provided and for items that you may need to bring to receive services. Flyers in English and Spanish are available.
