Tenth Dems Community Connection Fourth Annual Poetry Slam and Awards Night
The Tenth Dems Community Connection 4th Annual Poetry and Prose writing competition invited high school students in Waukegan, North Chicago, Zion and Warren Township to submit original, unpublished entries on the theme of “Changes.” Awards will be presented to the winning entries at the Poetry/Prose Slam on Thursday, April 10, from 7:00 – 9:00 pm, at the Ramada Waukegan/Gurnee, 200 N.
