Where: Holiday Inn Gurnee Convention Center, 6161 W. Grand, Gurnee

What: The Women of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Sigma Phi Zeta Chapter in Waukegan, announce their 9th Annual Scholarship fundraiser “Putting on the Glitz: The Roaring 20s.” Guest artist will be singer and songwriter DeJuana Vaughn Small.
