Tenth Dems Community Connection Fourth Annual Poetry Slam and Awards Night

When: Thursday, April 10, 2014, 7:00 – 9:00 pm

Where: Ramada Waukegan/Gurnee, 200 N. Green Bay Rd., Waukegan

What: The Tenth Dems Community Connection 4th Annual Poetry and Prose writing competition invited high school students in Waukegan, North Chicago, Zion and Warren Township to submit original, unpublished entries on the theme of “Changes.” Come hear contestants and others reading their creative works. Prizewinners will be announced! Refreshments will be served.
