What: The fifth installment of Sen. Biss’ Critical Issues Series covers Transportation Policy for a 21st Century Global Hub. Last November, Sen. Biss presented a report his office prepared comparing Illinois to other states. This year, a team of researchers has studied transportation governance and land use policy in Illinois, and has produced significant recommendations, with the opportunity to improve quality of life in our region.
