Where: Highland Park Public Library, 494 Laurel Ave., Highland Park

What: The League of Women Voters of Highland Park/Highwood is presenting a panel to discuss the implementation of the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) in Moraine Township with experts who will report on the overall program benefits, the population of individuals who can participate and how our communities can access the most current information and participate in purchasing health insurance coverage. The program is free and open to the public
