What: The Friends of Rita Mayfield Host Committee cordially invites you to a fundraiser for State Representative Rita Mayfield, House Black Caucus Chair. Music, food and cocktails.

Contact Rep. Mayfield by email to RSVP and for full information. Sponsor levels begin at Community Member $20 and Friend $100. If unable to attend, mail contribution to “Friends of Rita Mayfield,” 649 S. Fulton Ave., Waukegan, IL 60085.
