What: The Adlai Stevenson Center on Democracy welcomes Alex Ty Kovach, the new Executive Director of the Lake County Forest Preserve. Mr. Kovach has a background of international leadership in conservation and economic development. He worked most recently in Mozambique, where his environmental management approach in developing countries recognizes the full array of interactions within an ecosystem including humans.
