What: The Environmental Law and Policy Center invites you to attend the Illinois EPA public hearing about the Waukegan coal plant’s water pollution permit. Share your thoughts in person on a draft that falls short in the following areas: Lake Michigan water quality standards, coal ash pollution, groundwater contamination and fish kills. Submit feedback online: Ask the Illinois EPA to strengthen the Waukegan permit using this online action alert tool.
