Exchange Club of North Chicago Lake County Honor Flight Ceremony

Where: Foss Park District, 1730 Lewis Ave., North Chicago
What: The Exchange Club of North Chicago has founded Lake County Illinois Honor Flight, an organization that established an official Honor Flight Hub that will transport veterans to Washington, D.C. to visit memorials dedicated to their service and sacrifices. You are invited to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony and to participate in the fundraiser, “Dunk a Mayor.” Mayor Leon Rockingham, City of North Chicago, and Mayor Kristina Kovarik, Village of Gurnee, and other special guests have volunteered to be in a dunk tank in support of the club and our veterans.
