When: Saturday, June 29, 2013 from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm

Where: District Office, 700 Osterman Ave, Deerfield

What: The Community Resource Fair includes the following opportunities: the Walgreens Way to Wellness bus will offer glucose, cholesterol and blood pressure screenings along with a weight assessment exam. Orphans of the Storm will have pet adoption available. Lake County Health Department will microchip pets for a $15 fee. West Deerfield Township will provide information on Township services. Advocate Condell Hospital will offer a 16-point gait analysis.
